David leads Zebra’s Northern Europe sales team. David began his career at Home Retail Group in the UK and held various roles in Retail and Commercial operations. He joined Reflexis Systems in 2014 and held the role of Senior Vice President (EMEA) until the acquisition of Reflexis by Zebra Technologies in 2020. Today, David is focused on driving Zebra’s strategy to connect front line employees, enhance asset visibility and deliver intelligent automation.

Hagen has worked 15 years with sales in IT and hardware, including at Cestron and Polycom. He started as Sales Director for IF (Integrated Supply) at TESS in 2023. Now he follows up with regional offices and customers in close collaboration with sales and marketing managers in the IF team.

Stefan Genser is the Sales Director for RFID/Transponder Solutions EMEA at IDENTIV, a global leader in physical security and secure identification. Holding degrees in innovation & product management as well as computer science, he supports customers in developing new NFC solutions and in making their existing products smart. For several years, Stefan has focused on improving medical and healthcare-related products and processes. As Chair of the Healthcare Task Force at the NFC Forum, he provides the community with valuable insights and information on the usage of NFC technology.

Michele Colli is heading the Digital Production team at FORCE Technology, collaborating nationally and internationally with manufacturers, research institutions, and foundations on innovation projects aiming at increasing the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry through the adoption of digital technologies and data – from production efficiency improvement to predictive maintenance and sustainable development. After his Ph.D. in Digital Supply Chains, Michele has kept active in the scientific community through collaborations, lectures, and scientific papers – with more than 20 publications and 600 citations.

Max Hildebrand is a specialist in the Digital Production team at FORCE Technology, where he serves as the primary lead on the Data for Sustainability project, among other responsibilities.
The project is a collaboration between FORCE Technology, DI Produktion, the Danish Association of Marine Engineers, Aalborg University, and Aarhus University. It is supported by the Danish Industry Foundation with the goal of making Danish companies competitive in a global market where sustainability plays an increasingly important role.

His dedication to deeply understanding issues and addressing the challenges faced by individuals drives him to innovate by centering the needs of the communities in his solution-finding process.

Maria has lead various IT projects across the south east health region in Norway. Recently Maria implemented RFID at Radium hospital in Oslo, and is now implementing RFID and BLE at the new hospital in Drammen.
